50% Deposit: Custom Collaborative Brain Sculpture

This is a deposit to start work on a custom commission collaborative sculpture between Kyle Auga and Ryan Kelley. I (Kyle) will be responsible for the brain portion of the design as well as the base on which it is mounted. I will then ship it off to Ryan who will create a copper wire tree to be integrated into the brain as Ryan envisions creatively.

Upon completion of Ryan’s portion, the finished sculpture will then be shipped by Ryan via a custom-built crate to the client directly. The remainder of the 50% will be due prior to shipment as well as the final costs of shipment/crating which shall be determined at that time when accurate costs can be assessed.

Non-Refundable Deposit. This deposit is non-refundable with the only exception being failure of either Kyle or Ryan to fulfill their part(s) of the sculpture as described above and through email communications.
