Returns & Refunds

Every sculpture is handcrafted to order. Because each piece is individually made, all sales are final.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Color or finish variations inherent to handcrafted artwork

• “Not as expected”

If your sculpture arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. I will repair or replace the piece at no cost.

If a return is approved as a rare exception, it is subject to a 50% restocking and production fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The sculpture must be returned in its original condition before any refund is issued.
