Vintage BMW-style Motorcycle
This is my second motorcycle and was modeled after a 1953 BMW R25/2. I was also attempting to make a World War II style and felt this particular bike was what I was going for.
The fuel tank is the only piece of the bike that is not steel and was made from a solid chunk of bronze bar stock and given a hand-brushed finish.
All of the flux has been cleaned and removed from the sculpture but I purposely decided to leave many areas of the bike black such as the seat and wheel fenders to add to the distressed/vintage look.
